It’s $49.49 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours to clean any 1 vacant unit – $96.00

We need 2 days (minimum) notice to do a cleaning

It’s billable by the hour if we need to do more than the 3 hours.

All accounts must pay all cleanings weekly by check or credit card

** We do not place bids on apartments vacant cleanings due to the fact that every vacant unit can be totally different from the last. Please do not ask us to submit a bid. We only offer this service as an hourly mode. **
